Create a fun and colorful craft to celebrate the story of Joseph and his coat of many colors!
This simple Joseph Puppet craft is perfect for kids’ church, Sunday school, or Bible story time at home. Kids will love designing Joseph’s bright coat and acting out the story of how God was with Joseph through every part of his journey.
Materials Needed:

Printed Joseph and His Coat craft sheet (black-and-white)

Crayons, markers, or colored pencils

Scissors
-
Glue stick
-
Jumbo craft stick
-
Optional: glitter glue, stickers for extra coat decoration
Instructions:

Color Joseph’s coat using lots of bright colors! You can even decorate it with patterns or sparkles.

Cut out Joseph’s body and arms carefully along the outlines.

Glue Joseph’s arms onto the sides of his body (arms can be raised or lowered).

Attach Joseph’s body to the top of a jumbo craft stick using glue.

Optional: Cut out and add extra shapes (stars, fruits, etc.) from the printable around Joseph’s coat for extra storytelling fun!

Let dry completely before playing with your puppet.
